🇺🇦❗️After the Ramstein meeting, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said that 19 countries are ready to provide new military aid to Ukraine within the PURL initiative and bilateral basis.
“We must make it absolutely clear to Putin that he can never win,” Rutte added.
