My fondest wish is that somehow we realize that private prisons don't "bring jobs" but trains ABSOLUTELY do, and there's another political pork gold rush that results in all kinds of little Louisville-Cincinnati-Lexington-Frankfort type pork projects and suddenly there's trains EVERYWHERE!
