Chilli Chirps @chillichirps.bsky.social · 01/10/2026I also realized my chopper hadn't chopped things sufficiently - the perils of food prep without glasses on - so they spent a long, warm night not covered in liquid and barely salted. So far the fermentation gods have been generous, so if I lose this one I will accept it gracefully. 010
