When Andrew Scott playing Hamlet at the Almeida, during the run Dickie Beau did a one-man show called Re-Member Me inspired by previous Hamlets, esp Ian Charleson. Charleson’s last role before he died was Hamlet at the NT. Scott is playing Charleson playing Hamlet this year in the movie Elsinore.

I think maybe your timeline is off, Andrew's Hamlet and Dickie Beau's Re-member me were a few years apart, but Andrew did see Re-Member me, and I believe Dickie Beau is in the cast list for Elsinore, so still a fun fact.
