Why not a mix? I've tried to build one for danish user (only shows danish content) - with these inputs: who you follows, like-graph, themes and #. So a follow + like + theme/# would give a high value.
But a few spots (pr. 50) are saved for the theme and/or # metric - if there's any at the time.
