In a press conference with Portugal's PM in Kyiv, Ukraine's President said the U.S. has proposed a 4-way meeting with Russia, Ukraine + Europe involved.
Zelenskyy also said work is underway to be able to hold elections, and he is meeting Syrskyi to discuss air defence in Odesa.
