May the 4th be with you. Please enjoy some of these digital paint studies I did from the Mandalorian.

A one-hour digital paint study of Baby Yoda sitting at a his desk at school, holding a package of stolen cookies as he stares innocently at the boy he stole them from (off camera)

A one-hour digital paint study of a Jawa Sandcrawler sitting next to the Razorcrest as it is being stripped of its parts.

A one-hour digital paint study of a spaceship flying over a beautiful forested mountain plain. There are meandering streams and lakes present all across the land and the water reflects the tips of the pines that stand tall throughout the area.

A one-hour digital paint study of some of the concept art for the Mandalorian. This is a scene of a canyon ravine where the Mandalorian can be seen walking with Baby Yoda's pod in tow. The light casts down from a sharp angle through the ravine creating long thin shadows and stark contrast.

And a few more. These are one-hour studies, more like thumbnails. Not meant to be seen up close. Just for practice!

A one-hour digital paint study of a scene depicting the rough mountain terrain of Tatooine.

A one-hour digital paint study of a lush cavern illuminated with beams of light. Ferns and moss can be seen all over the ground and ceiling.

A one-hour digital paint study of a craft speeding through the foggy desert air of Navarro.

A one-hour digital paint study of Slave-1 zooming over a lush mountain terrain. Fog and clouds cover the sky and the mountaintops in the background.
