The list of games I'm currently boycotting, and why. I update this as things come up in my stream Discord. There are so many amazing games out there. Making better choices truly is not difficult 💜

- Any game containing generative AI content, including code and translations
- Phasmophobia - Devs have a history of endorsing a sexual predator, victim blaming
- Hogwarts Legacy/Anything Rowling related - Rowling is a violent transphobe using her money to fund legal battles to remove the rights of trans people in the UK
- Five Nights at Freddy's - Scott Cawthon is a Trump donor
- Palia - Similar reasons to Phasmo
- Palworld - Game mechanics include capturing people to use as slave labour, dev team are all in on generative AI despite statements to the contrary (see "AI: Art Imposter")
- Fortnite - Continued collaboration with Rowling IP, generative AI voices

- Mewgenics - Aside from the cutesy play on eugenics, an incredibly serious thing the disabled community is faced with even today, the game includes racist and anti-Palestinian (including a former IDF soldier) voice actors. Co-creator did this because "it felt interesting, so I decided to explore it", which is why The Binding of Isaac is also here
- MiHoYo games - The company is all in on genAI and GI has some incredibly racist content
- BDS boycott targets - Microsoft owned IP including Activision Blizzard (Overwatch, WoW) and Minecraft, GamesPass subscription, Marvel, and Disney properties.

Should add Rockstar/Take Two and GTA VI, they’re trying their darndest to make people forget they tried to bust and defame a union for exposing crummy working conditions, plus the CEO is in the files.
