@wookiedharma.bsky.social@charlieangus104.bsky.social This may be way off the mark, but this strikes me as a smart move by Carney because he gets progress on US tariffs and partially defuses the growing Alberta-BC rift while shifting the burden on making it hair to the US… which sucks for the US environmental concerns but
