I'm trying to find out why courts haven't used the tools at their disposal yet. I think Phang is getting the closest to meaningful info. so far but nothing released yet. I'm skeptical. 100

Phang is that, so they must give her justice, according to the law. I can also assure you that despite their delay tactics, they have eventually bowed to court orders. 100
