I’ve been looking into the Supreme Court’s ruling regarding Trump’s EO regarding birthright citizenship, and it looks like there are some legitimate workarounds to the EO. The Court has created more hoops for the lower courts to jump through, but it hasn’t completely blocked the path… yet.
