I bought a japanese PS3 on ebay and, it didn't come in unscathed.
The red power LED works, but the only way to turn on the PS3 is by the touch surface on that LED. And it doesn't register my finger.
That's BCPS3 number 2 I guess. Gonna see if I can return this
