@sgdickinson.bsky.socialIt's happened. The ITU Council 2026 has been called to discuss the venue of Plenipotentiary 2026, due to be held Doha, Qatar, 9-27 November. It's been one of those situations where nobody wanted to offend host Qatar or any of the warring parties causing the location of Plenipot to be under a cloud.
