They are Jaina figurines, associated with the ancient Maya site of Jaina, an artificial island built by the Maya off the coast of Campeche, Mexico. The figurines date mainly to the Late Classic period, around 600–800 CE... I believe... Many were found as funerary offerings in burials on the island.
