It's not easy for indie developers to market their app, but I've built a solution that works for everyone – and it's both free and 100% private. It's called Kickstart Exchange, and it enters beta today. Find out more here: exchange.kickstart.tools

Kickstart Exchange: free advertising for indie app developers

Your app shows ads for other indie apps, and every two shown earn one view of yours. Free, with no user tracking.

The site provides more details, but it's the app version of classic web link exchanges: you show adverts in your app, and in exchange adverts for your app get shown elsewhere – helping you reach new users, and also giving you an easy "Remove ads" in-app purchase.

Right now you can register your interest on the site; I'll be reaching out to folks individually in the next few days, then opening it up for everyone once the early hiccups* have been fully resolved. (* "Surprise features")
