So we still do have time to contact reps before this eventually does go through Senate voting? If so I'm happy to hear that and I'll be doing whatever it takes to contact my reps. Meant to do it more, but if there is still time I plan on going full force with it.

I still think this whole thing is massively impractical to enforce. Other bills similar had failed due to the costs to actually enforce it. Plus it's massively unpopular with the general public.
