My favorite of the four pizzas I made for my family this weekend was this one, because I used Grande cheese — typically used on a NY-style pie — on a Neapolitan pizza. I was worried the cheese might burn at the Neapolitan’s 900F baking temp, but it didn’t and it was delicious!
