This is mostly true. Exceptions: Joni Pentangle WAR Depeche Mode (I HATED 101 at the time, now the sound of full tilt hysteria to "Blasphemous Rumours" is weirdly delicious) Earth Wind & Fire Dire Straits Actually there's quite a few good ones I suppose. Not the fucking Who though.

Donny Hathaway Live Marvin Gaye at the Palladium Was just listening to both of these today, the audience participation on the Donny Hathaway one takes it to a whole other place. Find Dylan pretty unlistenable except the Before the Flood LP with The Band. Also Rust Never Sleeps. Could go on and on
