My dog can be leash reactive and I’ve had so many off-leash dogs approach her/us while I have her on leash and the owners will tell me their dog is friendly and it’s fine. But my dog might not be friendly and she’s big and if she bites your dog that is on you! 030

And they think they’re entitled to bring their dog wherever they want. I love animals, but I’m deathly allergic and it’s awful. 010

When I’m with my little dogs I worry for them…when I’m with my German Shepherd I worry for their dogs. She will protect me and I will do my best- but I’ll let go of leash if I need to so she can protect herself. 010

Despite me asking the dog owner to put the dog on a leash after that first time, they decided their dog was too good and wouldn’t chase us again 3331
