So BAJA, SFJCRC, and the Zioness Action Fund are co-hosting an event called "Understanding the Rise of the DSA," with the implication that it has negative impacts on the Jewish community. This will be a thread on the participants and their history of racism/Islamophobia. They do not speak for Jews.

Amanda Berman has no history of progressive activism prior to co-founding the Zioness Movement with Brooke Goldstein, who said, "There is no such thing as a Palestinian person," and, "Can I run the anti-anti-Islamophobia department in the Trump administration?"

Prior to setting up Zioness, Berman did not have a background in progressive advocacy.[

Goldstein also has a history of right-wing activism and controversial statements. She has made appearances on conservative news networks such as Fox News, One America News and Newsmax. She once said that “there’s no such thing as a Palestinian person,” and on Election Day in 2016, tweeted, “Can I run the anti-anti-islamophobia department in the Trump administration?”
