Yesterday’s Word Count = 911 DUNE (1984) There seem to be some free films on YouTube – I assume their legal so I’ve decided to share some of the ones I’ve referenced in the books. Starting with “I was not here, the spice must flow.” youtu.be/kzrcf5ph0EI?...

It's been a long time since I've watched the fan-edit known as "Spice Diver" but ISTR it was an interesting blend of the theatrical release and director-disowned extended cut. www.youtube.com/watch?v=faHQ...

I seem to have got a bit obsessed with Dune. Watched Prophecy, Dune 2, the TV series and now Children Of (TV Dune a bit “was this really made in 2000?” COD worth watching for James McAvoy and Susan Sarandon). Just ordered the book too. Need to rewatch the Lynch version, still think it’s the best.

One of the few books I haven't really got on with. I've tried reading it three decades apart and not finished it.
