Simon Tocker @binaryjam.tocker.co.uk · 27/07/2025Today I learned that you can overset jam. Blackberries and apples have high pectin and quickly becomes ready. It can be reheated and add water etc, but all that sterilisation again. So I have very stiff tasty jam. 000
