New calendar finally arrived and what a good dog is kicking off the year. Sitting, ready, attentive. No throwing fake balls please, only treats and sticks and pets.

A German shepherd puppy sits on grass and is clearly focusing hard on something out of frame. The photo is from a 2026 calendar of puppies from the RSPCA.

A friendly golden pupper has popped up to wish you a happy February. Is it fair this dog is only dog of the month for 28 days? No. Is it still a very good dog? Of course.

A golden retriever puppy is photographed in the process of hopping up onto a log, paws on the wood, looking happy and curious. It features as a picture in a calendar of puppies from the RSPCA for the month of February.
