TBT: Like a TV pilot, the first issue of a new comics series is a huge challenge & opportunity. It must create a narrative framework, tone & “hook” that will (hopefully) keep readers coming back. The opening scene of Gillen & McKelvie’s #YoungAvengers run accomplishes all three. 1/11
