easy win today for the psn emu. at some point (30 Jul 2026 ?) the tls for the manual pages where updated to tls 1.3 psp kinda sorta maxes out at 1.0... so this now proves the whole pipeline at least. my root ca replacement serving tls 1.0 content back to the psp. even if it is just some html docs.

Hmm legal gray area. Quakes shareware license prevents you from editing the shareware pack, so I just live string edited and replaced it with my own updated text. I think this edit is fine anyway. aint nobody got a phone and calling 1800 idgames to get the game mail ordered to you anymore.. sadly..

Forgive me Carmack I have sinned. added a dictionary lookup to QuakeC as a builtin. Its not a table or list, its defined fixed input and output behaviors. feels weird still, but it will help with some of my if else logic. which QuakeC is built to prevent in the first place. Just hard with usb things

I love the og xbox and how it was built. Grab a standard, rip out most of it until you only have what you need. So the xbox has never had a "whitelist" of supported usb thumb drives. just whatever was shit enough / no more descriptors then whats left is expecting. turns out XID is the same...

This windows xp ass controller tester really needs updating.. Like it only does inputs not outputs like leds or rumble. But its good enough to know I am correctly binding to xusb22.sys and windows thinks I'm a real genuine xbox controller. time to move onto real hardware, aka the xbox its self.

Buy forza horizon 6 for $110 on steam. no. Pirate FH6 and build a whole ass app just to config my ps5 controller as an xbox controller cos I cant use steam input on a pirated steam game, and FH6 dont seem to support ds5? Just MobCat things.
