One thing I'm tired of hearing is "if he was going to do that, he would have done it in his first term."
Well, the first term, he didn't know what he was doing. He didn't have a cabinet full of inexperienced yes men. He wasn't running on complete vengeance and hate.
This isn't his first term !!
