3. Keith mentions that he only did the Sega Genesis versions, he has no involvement with the orchestral or classical tracks. He did not do the CD versions either. However the banjo track was done by Tony Bernetich which was confirmed on a YT comment from ROBLOX_OOF.mp3. Yeah Keith told me in here.

Apologies I’ve been out the past two months, but I will get you the entire soundtrack list. I wrote the majority of the score for the original SEGA Genesis version of the game. Mical Pedriana also wrote a couple of the original tracks. We didn’t do the banjo or orchestral tracks

4. What are the tracks that Keith Arem composed for Earthworm Jim 1? One of my associates asked Keith on which tracks he composed for the game. He did share hints though. Sadly the composer for the infamous elevator music for "What The Heck?" is sadly unknown

All of my songs I delivered were named "1", "2", "3", etc. so I'm not 100% sure who named them.

The tracks I recognize are:

New Junk City

Level 5

Buttville Queen's Liar (With Mical Pedriana)

Down the Tubes.

Snot a Problem,

For Pete's Sake

I did not remember composing Psycrow? Maybe Mical Pedriana?

Thanks! - Keith Arem

5. Why is Mark Miller commonly credited? As Tommy mentioned it was due to contract reasons and there might be some truth to this. Mark was credited in the SNES, Genesis versions, Mark did confirm he worked on the SNES conversions there some truth to it. Sadly Tony, Keith, Mical, are not credited.

Earthworm Jim (It's an open secret that Tommy Tallarico did music here, right?) - GST (Asking Mark)

"I did the orchestration on the SNES" - Mark Miller
